On his first birthday (Jan 1981) I ran away from police in Danang
after a failure of escape by boat. A few months later, his mom followed.

Here in Tra Co Village, Dong Nai, he practiced his first own steps,
and joinned the refugee life right on his own country.
He didn't know that his journey will continue,
until the day he lands Houston on Nov 7, 1990.
