Our home at Quang Bien Village, Thong Nhat District, Dong Nai Province — where we lived from 1981 until March 1986 when I was sent to No. 4 Phan Dang Luu and to Chi Hoa Prison in Saigon after another failure to escape by boat. Because I got a two-year sentence to Dong Phu prison, my wife and my son had to move again to Saigon.
