From Nairobi we took the Impala shuttle bus to Arusha, the road was very bad ,under construction , dusty and it took 6 hours to get to Arusha. We spent a night watching the FIFA world cup match between South Africa vs Uruguay with couple new friends at Ujamaa hostel.For the next six days we visited four national parks of northern Tanzania.This six days camping safaris was organized by Fay safaris Ltd.
The first day(17/06) we drove from Arusha to Mto Wa Mbu , a small town located on outskirt of Manyara NP.Stayed at Twiga camp and spent a four hours afternoon games drive in Manyara NP.We saw some elephants,eaboons,hippos, warthogs,birds ... but not saw the famous tree- climing lions of Manyara.
The second day (18/06) we drove to Serengeti NP , passing the Ngorongoro Crater , visiting a Maasai village and stop for lunch at Olduvai Gorge.On the way to Seronera campsites, we make small safari to end the day . Spend a whole day 19/06 safaris at serengeti. It was really an Endless grassland and woodland.Serengeti NP was a top sanctuary in the world and it was truly a kingdom of annimals.
Very early next moring 20/06 around 6:ooAM we had a morning safari until noon , and then drove to Ngorongoro ,camping at Simba campsite.
Early morning of 21/06 we spent 6 hours visiting the Ngorongoro until 2:00 pm and drove back to twiga campsite in the town of Mto Wa Mbu.On the last day of our safari , we visited the Tarangire NP
unfortunately, we ran out of battery for cameras , only few pictures were taken at this park.There were Beautiful baobab trees and birds of Tarangire NP. In the afternoon we drove back to Arusha to end 6 days camping safaris at northen Tanzania.
