On this site used to be the military historical museum of the Bulgarian army. The museum was moved to another location, while on its site a new hotel for NATO military personnel will be build. The exact location is between bul. Skobelev, tsar Peter str., Chandor Petiofi str. and tsar Boris street. The size of the lot is equal to four city blocks, including the streets between them.
