Lycopodium dendroideum? The leaves are positioned in the pattern of the odd numbers of a clock where L. obscurum and L. hickeyi are positioned as even numbers of a clock. I think this was a different plant than the hickeyi suspect anyway. More exploration is needed for these guys.
