First Race of the season.

It was a bit of an overcast morning, but as soon as my race was over, wouldn't you know it, the sun came out!

I improved my time over 5 minutes from last year and came in 167th overall.

Oh boy, it was VERY hard work though!

Well done Mags. Thought I was quite energetic with my 5K runs but you have earned my respect - what you do must be sheer bloody murder!!!! Perhaps I had better get my act together and follow your example
