在中国拍照，不能不带脚架！这是我在元阳待了四天后的经验之谈。比如说六点半的日落，我们四点左右便抵达景区（超级怕输！）。刚摆上脚架，成批的摄友便纷然沓至，一下观景台机的好位子便站满了人， 接近六点钟时完全可以用水泄不通来形容！脚架最大的用处，便是代我们在选好的最佳拍摄位置站岗，而我们可以到一旁的凉亭纳凉。

话说回来，元阳的壮阔，不是照片可以表达的。每次站在梯田面前，我就会都会被眼前的景色给震慑了 - 到底要经过多少双手，多少代人的努力，才能在山壁上凿出这一片片一望无际的梯田？在这人类浩瀚的工程面前，我以无比崇敬的心情，按下快门。

“To take photos in China, you need a tripod!” This is my conclusion after shooting for 4 days in Yuanyang. Let me explain why. For example, sunset began at 6.30pm. Being kiasu, we would arrive at the viewing bay latest by 4.30pm, choose the best viewing spots, and set up our tripods. Soon, crowds arming with big cameras would pour in, and in no time every inch of the viewing areas would be occupied. Our tripods became essential now because it reserved the best spots for us while we could rest and chitchat in the pavilion nearby.
Joke aside, the magnificent views of Yuanyang rice terrace are not something that can be captured by photos. Every time when I stood in front of the rice terrace, my mind would be blown away, pondering how many generations it had taken for giant mountains like theses to be carved into rice terraces that seem to have no end in view. I feel so tiny in front of these megastructures. With all due respect, I pressed down the shuttle.
