Driving along the windy road for more than half an hour, and having asked several passers-by, our driver finally managed to bring us to this small remote village which is the home to a dozen of families. Their houses are made of clay, and corns are hanging down from the beams. The villagers live very simple and frugal life. Probably not used to see foreigners, the children in the village crowded around us for photo taking (with some sweet treats from us of course). Mr Peng even invited us into his courtyard to rest. He wanted of offer us lunch but we turned down, fearing that we might not be used to the food and taste. Although the villagers are living in hardship, they face life with calmness and welcome visitors with passions. This is a great contrast to those residents in the tourists spots who would ask for money for every single photo you took on them.
