I will try to capture all aspects of the main event, a bull riding competition and a child's competition riding sheep. This is a bit of Americana that is not in my background which includes the loud country music and the constant talking from the viewing stand. Nevertheless it was an experience heightened by the an intense rain just prior to the show which made the arena a quagmire of mud.
