A Difficult Entrance

When you first arrive at the airport you are about 10000 ft. above sea level from where I came from. There are 4 steps up covered with snow. The safest way up is a slick but less steep path leading about 80 feet to the entrance. Breathing is affected and you have a heavy pack plus a small suitcase. Then the entrance is lower than the path. Traverse a slippery slope. Duck under a beam and go through a heavy door. By the next morning you are fully acclimated and not a task.

Fascinating image. Really like tones and the textures of the snow. "V"
