The Blue Moon is an annual event. Well attended by beautifully attired guests and a guard at the entrance with a checkoff list. I and a few camera club members were there to take pictures. During the dinner I spotted this scruffy fellow chomping food at a feverish pace. I don't know if he was caught but I got the picture. This was not posted on Pbase in the past.
