I'm guessing he implies "Nomad" (a mad nomad) with that costume on the statue but a poor choice of using a well known acronym like "MADD" rather than "MAD"

The wall hanging I couldn't even guess what the meaning is...

MADD is a very popular and well known group here in Canada, it stands for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, a group that fights against drinking and driving. But I'm sure this 'art' has nothing to do with it.
