Homeless in Portland, OR

Coincident that I posted this today,not knowing there was a riot in Portland today. This is an 8 year old image taken in the Pearl street districts of fine restaurants and quality stores. I was on a trip with pbase people for the first time.
I posted this because I wanted to follow up with another image never posted that says something about marginalized people.

A fact of life throughout the USA a sad image for sure feel bad for these people we need to try harder to solve this issue.
