The Approach

I was shocked and couldn't believe what I saw. This couldn't happen overnight. I took a few photos which I will post

No excuse for this and for someone this is out of sight, out of mind. But then your photo came along. I can't believe the local authorities will allow this kind of practice to continue unchecked.

The drawbacks of alleys, people use them as a dumping ground. How ironic to have the Mother Earth calendar on top of the heap.

I see a lot of that sort of thing a lot, here people drive out to scenic walks where they can get off the road, and be out of sight, then empty their trucks bed of trash into nature. It's very annoying, the few undo the good habits of the many!
