Passage of Time

A portion of the last scene.
I wonder how long it took till the door skin separated from the door and how long it took for the backing to weather this dark. I find it sad.

Beautiful and strong composition. Sometimes, I find recent neglect and decay to be much more poignant than decay across the centuries. This is probably because these are relics of our lifetimes.

I love how you have distilled the scene down to these details!
It really conveys a powerful feeling.

Love all the textures, especially the prickly ones.

Yes, sad in a way, but also poignant. We can't stop time. But obviously, we can capture it. Well done. V

It is sad that no one rescued this building. Makes for an interesting image. V

Wonderful rustic tones as a result of
the passage of time.
