I posted the sign a while ago. The chairs, plant and door decoration are recent. The modifications are at odds with this sign. I guess they don't think so.
From what I see/experienced a Hippy couldn't afford it, even in an alley.

Makes one wonder what the inhabitants are like - Charlie Brown plant, neat decoration on the door and the sign - they don't seem to vibe. Makes for a great shot V
