IN MEXICO THE MEAT GOES TO THE BUTCHER STORE JUST AFTER THE COW IS KILLED AND THE MEAT IS STILL HOT........NO GOOG FOR THE FRIDGE, IVEN IN THE BUTCHER STORE THEY HANG IT ON TO LOOSE BLOOD........AND IS SELLED FRESH, NEVER MAKA IT TO THE FRIDGE........FROM THE BUTCHER TO THE KITCHEN........IS NEVER OLD MEAT AS IN THE USA IN THE USA ALL THE MEAT IS ALMOST 6 MONTHS OLD, SOMETIMES MORE.......UNFORTUNATELY WIT THE ARRIVAL OF WALMART TO MEXICO, MANY PEOPLE IS NOW BUYING OLD MEAT IN MY HOUSE, MY MOTHER STILL GOES EVERY DAY TO THE PUBLIC MARKET AND BUY WHAT WE EAT THAT DAY......ALWAYS FRESH.......AND MUST ADD ALWAYS FLAVORFULL UNFORTUNATELY I LIVE IN THE USA, AND I NEED TO EAT OLD OLD MEAT..........TO MUCH PROCESED, AND IF I WANT TO COOK AN STEAH AND WANT TO HAVE SOME FLAVOR IN IT.......I NEED TO MARINATE LONGER OR USE A-1 SAUCE........IF NOT, IT WILL BE FLAVORLESS

THEY DELIVERY WITHOUT REFRIGERATION BECAUSE THE MEAT IS STILL HOT , JUST KILLED THE COWS........IN THE BUTCHER STORE STILL THEY HANG IN ON TO LOOSE THE BLOOD AND GET READY TO REFRIGERATE BUT SINCE THE MEAT SELLS FRESH IN MEXICO ALMOST IS NOT NEED TO REFRIGERATE......IT GOES FROM THE BUTCHER STORE TO THE MITCHEN EVERYBODY LIKE BUY EVERY DAY WHAT IS GOING TO EAT......FRESH ;........IS NOT LIKE IN THE USA........THAT YOUR MEAT IS ALWAYS IS AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OLD..........IN MEXICO IN THE OLD TIMES WE USED TO EAT FRESH...........NOW WITH WALMART IN THE SCREEN THE PEOPLE IN MEXICO START EATING MEAT OLD TOO BUT IN MY HOUSE MY MOTHER GOES TO THE PUBLIC MARKET AND BUY EVERY DAY WHAT WE EAT IN THE HOUSE UNFORTUNATELY.......I LIVE IN THE USA NOW, SO I EAT OLD MEAT........WHEN I HAVE CHANCE Y GO TO THE MEXICAN STORE AND BUY MY MEAT......THAT I WANT TO THINK IS NOT THAT OLD THAN THE ONE THAT WALMART SELL FROZEN

Very impactful composition. His pose and expression with the raw meat create a somewhat foreboding and sinister tone. It sounds like you have a story to go with this.
