I sense there is more to this image and your thoughts when you took this image than the visible image may show. I feel a passing of better times and a sadness that is hard to describe. I think the real strength of this image is the emotional response the viewer may feel. VV

Hard to believe store on the right would paint part of the front of building and think it made it look better with other fronts still unpainted... flag does not seem to be weathered so someone is about it seems

At least the flag isn't tattered !! A strange scene - odd building on the left with picnic tables next door to the Press building which looks a lot worse for ware. Interesting shot V
