Literally, a window onto the past, with a reflection of a nearly deserted present.

This came out pretty well considering you were shooting through glass, The image has the proper impact and message. ~V~

Fascinating view with the old cash register, cabinets and shelves. Like the tones, reflections and glimpse of you. "V"

This is the old Casa Grande Hotel that was last used as the Anadarko Basin Museum of Natural History

All of this should be put in a museum for the general public to see. V

This is so fascinating!
You were about 30 miles from my house!

Interesting mix of interior items... a very old cash register, but wall displays are done modern style, a photo of the Earth from the Moon on the wall... seems a lot of rocks on display with more room behind the counter than in front of it. and of course, a photo of that old photographer on the back wall 8-)

It's amazing what you will see looking into windows in these small towns!
A few things... On the right the US 66 mixed in the reflections give us place and
on the left at the back you are reflected in the mirror, gives us who!
Wonderful image! BV

Fascinating that it looks frozen in time. Looks like it's been left alone. Wonder what all that stuff is in the cabinets. The cash register looks like an antique.

Wow, closed for a long time by the looks of it. Nice details here.

cash register and cabinets hint of a long history too...fine shot with the angled lines and the reflections to further open up the image..
