A Discussed House

A man barreled up to us, asked what we want. My friend, more eloquent and of calm nature told him we were armature photographers (I beg your pardon) and taking pictures. He said "go ahead" and added that he should have taken the house down years ago. That was the conversation with the only visible person we saw in this town.

Very interesting old house and no doubt will return to Mother earth soon.

What a find! That snaggle of trees and branches. The story urges caution in what you do.

How unusual to have an encounter with the actual owner of an abandoned house. I guess we never think about someone still owning these old houses. Looks to be beyond restoration! V

I have an abandoned house and I am always kicking people out! I am nice the first few times then I really turn on the “Charm”. He’s probably done the same thing and he is obviously not a mind reader. He was singing my song! I wish I had done the same thing and tore mine down too!
So what do think! I think it’s nothing that a little paint and a flame thrower can’t fix! ;-)

Ominous and maybe a bit creepy! Looks like the tree branches are holding up that house structure! What an odd encounter it seems you had with the only person in that town! Love all the texture in this image from the many detailed branches and structure!
