Location...location

I wonder if located in a industrial area negatively affects business. In Wichita there are no well attended restaurants on the "other side of the tracks".

There are so many intriguing elements here!
I love the fact that all is very old except the sign and the a/c unit!

The sign looks new but the building so old!

Really like the tones, details and textures along with this soft lighting.
I also wonder how good the food is there. Could be good find. "V"

Nice image the detail is amazing.
The structure has a bit of history to it.
But the cooling seems to be up to date.

I agree with what Tom says about the whole district being preserved. Although someone has to spearhead the endeavor - perhaps it is Casagranda's - after all you gave it some free advertising!

Brimming with another era! I don't recall this although Butte is a treasure trove

I think it works only if the entire warehouse district is restored for business... as your photo shows.. I really don't want to eat where there is possible black mold growing at the door etc. I'm sure they have to pass the board of health inspections, but it's still off putting.
...that being said...growing up, I've certainly eaten many meals on the "other side of the tracks" it was our home and was clean inside.

Not sure I will try it ... but we should never judge a book by the cover...Fine composition. V.
