This place is toast! It seems like it has been unoccupied for awhile and looks like it has asbestos siding. Not worth fixing and to expensive to tear down. Great treatment of this grim situation! V

Strong b&w contrast suits this scene. The dominant foreground tree and the tree filling the frame in the rear have this house under siege. I like how you chose to exclude the left side of the house, enhancing the sense of attrition.
