Waste not, want not. Cool image.

For some this is a pile of stacked lumber. I see it as an image showing possibilities. The viewer can speculate on why this caught your eye. I think I know why my friend. VV

Nicely seen, I have a collection like this but no where near as orderly.

This looks very much like the garden shed we inherited, except this is neat :) I like how the colours in this shot compliment each other, balanced off nicely. V

Nice shot with the different colors and shapes. I have no use for wood, I have books!

Looks exactly what my workshop would look like if it were multiplied by 100, and the "scrap" pieces did not exceed 10" in length :-)

Well seen! Love it! I have this problem, NOT. There is always that piece or two the are to long and they has to be placed diagonally. Also the wood has to be spread somewhat evenly along the wall to facilitate finding it later with a certain amount of ease. The only thing I see out of place are the slats of the right side of the photo? Someone going brush against then and they are going to fall over. Then all the scrap starts to feel like a hassle. It isn’t so stay the course because someday you be glad that that one piece of “scrap” because it saved you time and money. . BV

My husband would go nuts looking through all that wood.

They definitely have a good variety of sizes and types. Well captured! ~V~

I save them up to the point of falling over... you have to have limits set... However, the day after I clean out, I need to buy a whole 8 ft to get 2 ft piece I need 8-)

cut-offs are well worth saving...one never knows when a short piece of wood might be all that is needed...

A interesting find, and well captured, Neil...
