Deserted House Front '19

This was a shock to me when I saw the decay of a house I very much admired 9 years ago.
Tomorrow I will post a similar view from 2010

The decays is so sad, but the image is sensational! Just the right everything that makes this a masterpiece in my eyes. ~BV~

Wonderful tones, textures and detail Neil. Such a feeling of isolation and loneliness. I find the windows fascinating as well as the strands of Christmas lights as clues of the past frozen in time. VVV

It is certainly interesting that there are Christmas lights in the recent picture. Could someone possibly still live here?! V

Could be haunted by now! I like how the Christmas lights remain after all those years, untouched. Definitely a picture of abandonment, and sad as it is, it's a very expressive shot.
