Christmas Lights

The local paper raved about the lights. You can't believe what you read sometime. My daughter and her husband posed for me.

A nice range of pastels in the chairs, and fine time of day . . the lights do add an element to the overall image.

You'd think they would have raved about the chairs - your family make the shot tho' V

Ha! Obviously you’ve never been interviewed by a local newspaper! They live in an alternate reality!
Great image and cool you got the young ones to cooperate. V
This project came out pretty nice but it needs help to draw people in!

The hyped lights were just a ploy to get you there. The chairs and tables are the real subjects and you worked this so very well.

Lights are underwhelming but you got a nice image anyway! The chairs are nice and colorful.

OK well there are lights there alright and at least the colorful chairs look festive.

love those different colors in the chairs.V.

Love this composition of your family, the welcoming firepit and the chairs - forget the lights!

Maybe they should have been raving about the fire pit. I like this with all the different colored chairs and tables.

They do seem to be a bit underwhelming don't they? Fire pit makes up for it though.....
This new mall does not seem so busy for this time of year.. hope they did okay for their first Holiday season open.

maybe the paper was referring to the subtlety of the lights...this could be a good gathering place in the right conditions..

I like the scene a lot made more entertaining by the colorful chairs and fire. Great placement of your daughter and her husband in the frame. ISO 12800-wow! ~V~

Forget the lights, it's about chairs. Nice perspective and good you got them to pose for you.
Jim Coffman26-Dec-2018 16:57
LOL! The paper needs to see more lights!!
