Difficult to tell the type of business this location did, but Same in most cities, if you build close to the grain silos but do not have business connected to them is some way etc
Might be cheaper property, but too far off the beaten track as they say

Doesn't look like a very good area to linger in! So sad that this happens to structures like that! The graffiti does add a lot of color and interest though.
