I wonder... Why the hasp and lock don't seem to be actually securing anything. (?) The marks below the lock shows there was a handle on this door at one time but if you examine how the frame of the door and how it’s nailed plus the lack of a gap… So the sign seems to be a red herring or you are already in the show room.
