Tenting Homeless

This is about 1/4 mile away from the previous image. There is a narrow road leading to it and there appears to be some small business based on signs however I never saw anyone. Art/ graffiti is in the eye of the beholder. I find talent in both attempts.

roughing it can't be enjoyable in December...a colourful location though...even the shopping carts add some interest...
