Hands On Volunteering

A project designed to utilize alleys and empty lots for art. It has been met with enthusiasm by local artists. The woman standing is one of the two who designed the project for this alley.

The artists sitting in various angles and positions make this image in my opinion. There is a cool pattern they make. Great idea for a city project and more cities should utilize this idea!! A wonderful shot of an admirable project.
