18th N. and Broadway

An old part of Wichita. Apparently from the condition of the street surface the city doesn't spend much money here.

Ruination leaves behind remarkable objects for photographers. No excuse for negligence, however m

This was a thriving place at one time. The two story building looks like it was a Masonic Lodge and the other corner looks like it was a repair shop/ gas station, maybe a car dealer. The quality of the brickwork in this area is stunning! Don’t build them like this any more. Great scene, like the guy walking. Is he looking at his phone? V

There is such a powerful but quieting mood in these older forgotten parts of town. V

Sad to see this beautiful old brick building in a state of disrepair - not to mention the road !! V

Looks lonely.

The cracks in the pavement really add a lot of interest to this road...but sad that they leave it in such disrepair. Nicely composed image.

looking bleak and this is reinforced by your processing work. Very good perspective. The man adds much to the composition. "V"

this well fashioned image conjures up a strong impression....perhaps not the most vibrant part of town..

I am rather surprised at the overall condition of the area! I expected Wichita to be much better than this.
Well captured, Neil...
