DO IT

I looked askance at this exhibit yet when I studied it on the monitor I llked it very much and I'm not a modern art person. Notice there is one object which is not red. i wonder why.

The typewriter, on second and third glance, seems to have a tiny splash of red, maybe in the ribbon area. A recurring theme in the US, the 'do it' slogan.

Maybe if I lay out all my things like this on the floor, I'll actually be reminded to DO them! This is fun!

Interesting with the domestic theme of the objects. Nicely photographed.

I've spent some time trying to figure this one out !! I guess typewriters don't come in red :) My interpretation is women's empowerment - an extension of Dora the Explorer's "I did it" !! I hope there was a camera in there somewhere :) V

sharp comp Neil...red is hardly exclusive here, although it does dominate...the message seems to be 'get up and get going'...hard to dispute that eminently positive mindset..
