Captain of the fishing boat "Perwyn"

Marcia Rules and I stopped at a Marina of mostly fishing boats, engaged sailors in conversation and took pictures. This man is the captain of the Penwyn, a 1950's well used boat. The captain looked up at me from below the pier and decided we were nuts and then ignored us.
