Selma Experience

I took this yesterday and today on CNN they showed the now frail 90 something woman in the picture. After she was struck in the head with a club the Sherriff said "leave her for the buzzards".
Man's inhumanity to man.

I am re posting this to add a postscript. A few years ago she again walked in a memorial of the march and was accompanied , hand in hand with President Obama.

I hope I never stop being sickened by these acts of inhumanity, we should never become so calloused as to not be affected by even the thought of such horrible treatment of someone. Will we never learn?
