What I find intriguing is what looks like locally made brick and a door opening that was built over size. Then the opening sized down by stair stepping trim down to the door size. Probably done at the same time they pointed the joints. I think this isn’t the original door. I wonder what is stacked up behind the door because as much as it sags it’s not opened often if at all. Anyway that’s how it seems to me.

The composition gradually draws you in, ultimately to the lower left window corner. It's as though someone is looking back, unseen, from behind the curtain. This has your signature all over it, Neil.
