I enjoyed talking to you today and felt fully inspired. John Gerison is the father of documentary and Robert Flathery is who made Nanook (Eskimos). Well just looking at some of your work I have come to the conclusion that you are a Genius.

Hey Neda,
Cant believe I found you after all these years, it wasnt too difficult as you are doing rather well, we use to hang out in SLO in the late 80's, and then I ran in to you maybe in the late 90s when you were working for the tv station, good to see you doing well!!
Take care,

Jake
Heidi from long ago in Iowa 12-Aug-2008 06:35
Hi Neda, it is Heidi here. Remember me from your days in Iowa? Your sister Haleh was my best friend growing up. Love your work. Can't believe how far you have come from that wild little brother of my friend. Thanks also for posting your dad's work; I look it up every now and then when I am up late and just want to ponder and remember good times from the past. I still remember him showing me some of his paintings and explaining different things about them. It was all so fascinating and inspiring. I really looked up to him. P.S. Call Haleh and have her look me up. I will call her; we moved again.

Hi Neda,
Thanks for spending some time in my galleries. I am local, if you count 3 hour’s away as being local. I live close to Fresno and we try to get to MB as often as we can, generally 6-8 times each year. This little village is one of our favorite destinations to visit and photograph.

I have looked though your galleries in the past and really enjoyed the “Landscapes” Gallery.

Thanks for your comments, glad you liked my pictures of Edinburgh Castle, that is one of the things I really love about pbase is being able to see faraway places you wouldn't normally be able to see, so thanks for your pics too I enjoyed looking at them, they have given me something to aim for with my pics...

Thanks for visiting my gallery and commenting on the Morro Bay photos! Also, thanks for the correct name of the pier in the photo. I have been traveling this summer so have not kept current with communication. I returned from a 16 day trip to the Northwest part of US and Victoria, BC, and then left again for 5 days in the nearby mountains! I teach and school starts tomorrow but I plan to get back to Morro Bay ASAP. I do my best relaxing there!! I just looked at your photos and like what I see - you have a "photo journalistic", style.

Thanks for your follow up on your TV work. Audio/video is one of my hobbies too, mainly home theater related.
