HOTSY POWERWASHER.jpg

Electric and Diesel-powered "Hotsy" powerwasher. Indispensable for cleaning baked-on food from pots and pans.

Hi! You do not want to use one of these on your house. The spray power is way too strong and the water is turned into superheated steam at temperatures above the boiling point. Great for taking off baked-on food, but not good for your house.

It would probably scour the paint off the house or melt typical siding. Also, if your windows are cold, it could break them. And, these units are MUCH more expensive than regular power washers.

Your best bet would be to go to one of the big box stores (Lowe's, Home Depot) or Sears and look at the middle-priced power washers. The less expensive units don't always work well and the high-powered units would be overkill for what you want.

Hope this helps.

I have been thinking about getting a power washer. I want to clean the outside of our house and this is an excuse to finally get one. So I am looking at different types of power washers to see which one I like best and want to get. This power washer looks like a heavy duty one.http://www.blastall.ca/cleaning_services.html
