I found these little beauties in our backwoods, while doing some yard work today. Our part of Western North Carolina has received more rain, to date, than we get in an average full year! With all that rain, finding mushrooms is no great surprise. But, I have never seen this variety before. Their coloration is almost florescent orange. VERY pretty!
