MALE ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK - TAKEN WITH A SONY 18-200mm E-MOUNT LENS

A beautiful songbird we do not see very often here. They are usually found in the western Carolinas, at elevations of 3,000 to 5,000 feet (914 to 1524 meters). I didn't realize they had brown eyes, until I look at this photo. Taken through a window. ISO 200. Manual focus. Aperture priority, with a -1/3 manual exposure compensation. Standard Color. Automatic white balance. 35mm equivalent focal length of 300mm.

Ah....I've had a juvenile grosbeak only one time, a couple of years ago. I'm jealous! Gorgeous image!
