Found this scooter ensemble parked in front of a local grocery store. Small scooters and mo-peds (49cc or less) may be driven on North Carolina roads without a driving permit or vehicle license plates (a VERY dangerous practice, in my opinion). Because of that, many individuals who lose their permits because of drinking and driving buy these vehicles for transportation. This scooter has a "joke" license plate that reads, LIQUOR CYCLE!
