CAMINHA, a different name for "LITTLE BED"

Twelve years of my youth were lived in CAMINHA ("LITTLE BED") where my mother and brother still live.
It is surely one of the most beautiful towns in Portugal, where we can find the sea, the mountain and two rivers: the Minho and the Coura and, not far away, other towns such as Seixas, Cerveira, Valença, Tuy (in Spain), and the gorgeous village of Vilar The Mouros.
Vilar de Mouros is considered the Portuguese WOODSTOCK like, with a yearly music festival, where I had the opportunity to see, among many others, ELTON JOHN, the MANFRED MAN, U2, UB40, IRON MAIDEN, etc
This is my modest tribute to "LITTLE BED" !!!

Carlos, também sou de Caminha, e quanto a este excelente álbum até conheço o artista (que também é um grande “artista” :) ). Poderás ter alguma razão quanto ao Minho andar esquecido (eu diria mais de Viana para cima), mas quanto a outro Algarve, por favor... Mal por mal, já chega uma Quarteira e uma Armações de Pera, e deixa-as estar lá no Algarve! Caro "Stradivarius", que que essas fotos sejam para continuar! Um abraço!

Belas fotos da vila onde nasci. Para qu^falar do bom tempo do nevoeiro da chuva, do vento... Essa terra tem tudo de bom para dar cartas ao país! Não queremos mais investimentos nos algarves ou nos portos destes senhores que tão mal nos governam. Porque não nos apoiam ao nosso MINHO? Mal a sorte de sermos uns sempre esquecidos pelos poderes de Lisboa e do Porto (CCRs e afins). Que cada caminhense lute pela nossa vila e se deixe de divisionismos estúpidos que só aproveitam aos caciques de sempre (isso mesmo!) Abraços e bem hajam

Adorei relembrar Caminha pelo seu olhar...tive familiares lá e passei em Seixas do Minho bons tempos! Obrigada por partilhar estas suas maravilhosas memórias

Absolutely marvellous this gallery. Este seria talvez o último lugar que esperaria ver fotos de Caminha, Vilar de Mouros (aquele longinquo ano de 1972 com o 1º festival,estava em Moledo, não fui naquele tempo faltavam as ligações)....Seixas e a Foz do Minho...faltou a maravilhosa praia de Moledo onde passo férias desde os 13 meses, tenho 52 anos....irei ver estas fotos uma a uma pois por aqui vejo que são espectaculares, belo trabalho.
