Interlochen

I attended Interlochen Arts Academy from 1990-94 and Interlochen Arts Camp as a camper from 1988-90 and on staff from 1994-98. Interlochen is one of my favorite places in the world.

This gallery is of a visit my uncle Gottfried and I made to Interlochen in Summer 2003 - our last road trip together.

Hello Nick, I stumbled on your photos when searching for "Grunow" on Google. Interlochen is also one of my fav places in the world. I was a camper, then on staff. Years later I ended up writing a little memoir about summers there. The book website is www.pinenutsthebook.com. Hope you get to visit again, it's always wonderful to return there, of course!

Hi Nick.
We've never met, but I was at Interlochen this past Weekend 7/16/2011. I was on the IAC Stage crew for 10 summers ... '86 - '95. Also did Residence Life at IAA '94 - '95. Having a Stage Crew Reunion Summer 2012. Thanks for the photos. Interlochen is in my blood too ... as well as my sweat and tears.
