Upper Canada Village, Morrisburg, Ontario

Return to 1866 and witness daily life in a small Village in Upper Canada. Over 40 heritage buildings were transported to this location in the mid 1900's

The Ontario government created Upper Canada Village in order to preserve some of the local historical buildings, that would have otherwise have been destroyed during construction of the massive Cornwall Hydro Dam and the St. Lawrence Seaway in the late 1950's.




	Her students are about to arrive, for the start of a new day...........
