Virginia Wineries

I am fortunate to live near several awarding winning Virginia wineries. The Shenandoah Valley region is one of the state's most breathtaking wine making areas. It's especially popular in October when the vineyard leaves have turned to gold and a chill is in the air. I will be adding more photos to this gallery as I continue to explore the vineyards.

Didn't know Virginia had wineries. There is a very warm feeling in these shots.

An interesting collection of images. There is something especially enjoyable in becoming familiar with local wines and following the progress of the seasons to discover how they affect resulting vintage from year to year. Good sampling, Naomi!
