Yesterday I enjoyed a hike in the Shenandoah National Park. There are many lovely vistas along Skyline Drive, and this particular tree caught my eye. It appeared so tall and strong,
yet void of life. After I downloaded the photo, I realized that just last year in May, I had photographed the same tree, and posted it on this gallery, as "Shattered".
