Imagine over 6,000 Native American dancers, the colors of their regalia, and the spiritual nature of their dances...if you can imagine that, it won't even come close to the real thing. Held yearly in the University of New Mexico "Pit", an underground arena seating 15,000, this is billed as "North America's Biggest Pow-Wow". The photos of the Grand Entry, where all dancers come onto the arena floor...do not do justice to the actual spectacle.
