The Galloway Red Kite Trail feeding station - Oct '08

Situated at the Bellymack Hill Farm near Laurieston. Feeding time is 1400 hrs.

From a photographic point of view the hide is in an awkward place. It looks directly into the sun towards the feeding table at this time of year. Photography from the side is possible but the light departed very quickly. However a few pictures were obtained and are presented here.

You have some lovely shots of these magnificent birds Ian. My wife & I are hoping to visit Bellymack Farm whilst on a short break in Scotland this week and your photos are very helpful as they show the lie of the land.
