Cornish Hill in Carrick Forest. Ayrshire Scotland Jan 08
The Wee Campus Walkers first walk of the year. We were blessed with the first dry day of the year!
Not a good photographic day (all pictures taken at ISO 800) but there was a couple of pictures out there, all be it a little short on sunshine. The black and white pictures sum up the day from a photographic point of view.
However the company was superb and the drink in the pub afterwards just as good.
Great images taken on a poorly lit day, but it was January! But you have managed to get a real sense of atmosphere. I love a walk over Cornish Hill and your photos are always worth a second look. My favourite at the moment is "Loch Survey" Thanks for taking & sharing them with us.

Great photos from a very dull day (weather wise)! Predictably I like the more abstract ones the best (the water flowing round the stone, and the pieces of grass) - but I also like the Bright Sky one - just tells you the mood of the hills during the walk. But great memories of a good day out.
I notice there isn't one of Judith waiting with the rolling pin.....
