Pictures around Cape Town South Africa – Dec ‘08

During a visit to Cape Town we visited the southern Cape followed by the World Heritage site Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens with its stunning views and flowers.

Our first two attempts to climb Table Mountain with thwarted by the weather but fortunately it was third time lucky. I was rewarded with a clear day and some superb pictures from the top of the mountain.

Our next visit was to the World Heritage site of Robben Island. It certainly was an education especially from our guide was an ex-inmate.
