This B&W study was taken at The Los Angeles Photography Center, while Michelan was appearing in LA as Joel Grey's understudy in 'Cabaret.' Nancy and Michelan met in 1973 when he was appearing in productions for Long Wharf Theatre's 'YPT' (Young People's Theatre) and New Haven's Summer Stock Company, 'Theatre in the Park. An excellent photographer himself, it was Michelan who first encouraged Nancy's interest in photography.

Michelan Sisti is a veteran actor and musician who played 'Michelangelo' in the film 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'and the sequel'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze.'

Before becoming known as a Turtle, Michelan had an 18 yr. theatrical career that included five Broadway shows. Since TMNT, Micha has relocated from New York to Los Angeles, where he continues to work with Jim Henson Company, Walt Disney Studios, and scores of other movie and television productions, as an actor, director and puppeteer.
