In France the Gaypride is also know as "Walk of Pride" which also sounds like "Steps of Pride" or "Steps of Prides".
This is why Nantes decided to have a Rainbow Stairs, named "Steps of Prides" as a symbol of tolerance toward the LGBT community.
Sadly, they are regularly vandalized so you have to be quick to get a picture of them as it was sometimes just overnight that it happened.
The stairs were painted 5 or 6 times and deteriorated as much.
Today, they still exist but the paint is in poor condition.
